I called for service regarding my kitchen sink and was happy when told Jeff F. would be the plumber on the call. It has been 5 years or so since he has been out. Jeff is very polite, he even noticed I had a different vehicle. During this pandemic time, I had not concerns, Jeff took every prevention to make me feel at ease. He was thorough and listened to all my concerns and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I can always depend on this trustworthy company.

I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. Both Ashley and Jaclyn were friendly and funny. I'll be back to see them for my next purchase!

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

The team at CJs is amazing - I've switch garages not just because of more honest pricing but the dedication to fixing my cars without trying to raise the price by adding work that doesn't need to be done. The staff are very friendly , helpful , especially the ladies in the beauty boutique their knowledge from skincare & makeup & perfumes was very professional & they helped me pick out new products for my skin that I love . I would highly recommend going to this Shopper’s Drug Mart location . I love they now have a grocery section . it’s very fresh produce & bakery goods.

This location is by far the best in Brantford. The staff at this store is very helpful and makes my shopping experience more enjoyable. I get my milk and eggs etc. here regularly, Thanks to the young gentlemen Azor that manages that department and assists me regularly. Thank you !

We had water in our basement, Domenic came out and routed out the source of the leak. He gave us options and we decided to correct the problem from outside. He came in to complete a full waterproofing and weeping tile replacement. He was very professional and detail oriented his philosophy was do it right the first time. Very happy with the work done, we were always informed of what was going on. Would highly recommend United National Contractors you won't be disappointed.
