Had a problem with my treadmill. Called for an appointment. Booked in for a service call within a few days. He showed up on time, narrowed the issue down to two things, figured out which one it was, fixed it, charged me a reasonable price and was gone in a little over an hour. I would totally recommend this company.

Quick, efficient service when I rented a vehicle over the weekend. I didn't fill up the car which I was just being lazy, so I paid a higher rate for fuel, but this was explained at the time of picking up the vehicle so no surprises there. Great vehicles, friendly staff and excellent service! Would recommend this company to others.

brought our truck in for what I thought was a leak in the rear window. most companies would have taken a look, found it wasnt the window and sent me to the next. nor-del found the leak in my 3rd break light and said if they can fix it they will, not only did they fix it but they replaced the light bulb that had shorted as well - all done in an hour. appt was given ASAP and all COVID precautions in place! thankyou!

I wanted to give a shout out to the amazing staff at the Victoria Location. I had to come in on Labour Day to get a new Battery for my Car. I don't know how to install Batteries myself and one of the men workers was so amazing and installed the battery for me. I know staff usually don't do this but He was so kind to do this on Labour Day as they were not too busy due to the holiday. He help a girl in need. Because of him I was able to take back my evening client and work for three hours.

I've had only 4 cold laser sessions on my knee and am so pleased. I suffer with meniscus pain and am waiting for surgery which just got rescheduled again. I noticed a difference the first time and can walk up the stairs now without pain. This service is great, happy not to go out in bad weather to have my appointment. Granville Island Toy Company is a great neighbourhood toy store on the Main Street drag. They carry a great selection of Playmobil, Meccano, Wow, and other great brands. The window displays are always excellent and entice passers-by to enter and browse a while. We especially like the full sized Playmobil figures adorning the front of the store. They also carry lots of fun little toys, science toys and even a pinball machine! Next time you're looking for great toys check out the Granville Island Toy Company!

My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!

Kim is a very patient and skilled driver. I passed in my first attempt after a few hours with her. She taught me techniques in a way that sticks to memory. She helped me improve my overall driving. I passed my class 5 road test thanks to her. If you go with Kim, you can be rest assured that you will have the best tips for read test and day to day driving. She always wore a mask and offered me hand sanitizer at the beginning of each lesson. Very pleasant and kind. Amazing experience! 5 stars! ?

West shore transmission built me a bad transmission and would not fix the problem. I took it to Carl and Jason at sooke centre auto they found broken,damaged and used parts in my trans. They went over and above to get it done with a 3 week booked schedule. Got it done in 3 days and it is an awesome trans. Thanks for the service.

Months down the road my iPhone was on its last legs, and I decided to contact him. I found out he had sadly relocated to the Victoria location. However, he went above and beyond and was still able to set me up with a new iPhone at a great price! All I had to do was pick up the phone from the Kelowna store.
