After sticking with the same company for over 20 years, we switched to Drain Doctor this fall and couldn’t believe the tremendous difference in quality service and amazingly reasonable price for both a preventive sewer cleaning and a cleaning of a slow shower drain. The personnel were efficient, thorough, clean, and friendly to deal with and showed up when scheduled. When a small corroded piece of metal under our overflow cover broke during the service, they replaced it at no extra cost!

The Westwood clinic staff are great. I have been going to Dr. Blake in there for a long time and he is exceptional. I had corneal abrasion in my right and I phoned and he just happened to be in Winnipeg then and they got me in that afternoon. He went above and beyond the call of duty and sent me to an ophthalmologist after that just to make sure that he saw what Dr. Blake saw and he did and that Doctor gave me eyedrops and it cleared up in 3 days.

Overall a great company from the first phone call, very professional and polite. Technicians showed up in uniform on time even called to let us know they were on way. They arrived on time and were very professional in my home explaining every process they were doing. Friendly, polite, no mess no fuss. I have recommended them to everyone I know. I needed this service right after my husband had his heart attack and I could not keep up with the gutters. The work has been very good and they are always on time. I am astounded by the previous review. I have had cleaners from the owners of this business for many years (under this name and under a previous business) and have always had hard-working people doing their very best to meet my needs at reasonable prices.
