There is absolutely something to be said for dealing with a local business. The service we receive at Waterloo Appliance Plus has been outstanding and John and Karen have gone out of their way to take care of us. Given we're shopping for top end appliances for our entire home our decision to listen to the referrals from friends was a very good judgement call on our part. The only place in the city to go to get your appliances!

The service was great, Frank was very friendly and accommodating to our requests in designing the stucco around our house. They are punctual and came prepared for a days work. I loved his creativity as it lead to a unique design around our house! The final job was exceptionally nice - I couldn't recognize our house :)

I needed venting for a kitchen, laundry and upper bathroom sink reconfiguration done. Tim and his apprentice Jess were amazing and friendly! Keith the owner came by to talk about alternate solutions to my problem that were the most cost effective. Keith's suggestions were different from what I received from mr. Rooter and I assume was the most cost efficient.

We have a 130 yr old home in Cambridge and we hired D&D to re-insulate it. They firgured out the best way to insulate (they do a few different processes) and where it needed to be done. They didn't need to insulated the entire house - so that saved us money. They also took the time to show us where we could make improvements and now we are saving even more money on our heating/AC bill every month! They were polite, clean, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly reccomend this company!
