Dan is an excellent Business man working hard to make a living and at the same time doing something productive in his life you may see posts about Dan judging his business in a bad review however that is that persons opinion I always have had good things to say about Dan and his business don't Judge a book by it's cover. I have actually had great service and experiences with Amazon Canada. I can’t say the same with Amazon USA. Amazon Canada customer service always tries to resolve any concerns right away. There was once a package went missing and they resolved the problem right away with that same phone call and no transfers and waiting to speak to someone else. I know that some people have had a hard time getting in contact with Amazon. I have attached the number from the site. Hope this helps.
