Thank You Chris for coming out over the highway on one of the worst days of this prolonged winter season. Your knowledge and skill saved our basement from flooding not to mention the cost to our water bill. Sorry your socks got soaked. We did not realize our hot water heater was under water as well but your expertise to the rescue again and using a wet/dry vacuum to clear out the water that had extinguished the flame within the heater. Today I took my Mom to Mountain View Cemetery to put flowers on her husband Bills gravesite. It was snowing, cold and terrible windy. It was important that she went today as 1 year ago today, on her birthday he passed away suddenly. Today she turned 80 years old and for closure purposes I felt it was important to take her to fulfill her request. Thankfully for two very nice employees, George and Steve the Maintenance Man, Mom was given a ride to the site. She called them angels!

We were faced with a difficult cleaning job, we had ventilation hoods above oil quench baths that had to be cleaned in a short period of time, (two day weekend) Conventional cleaning using steam and detergent would have necessitated draining the oil quench tanks and considerable clean up and drying of the tanks, time which we simply did not have. After ten days of no relief from a horrible rash a local Doctor had diagnosed as Scabbies, I went into the Pharmacist and asked if there was another medication I could try as the one the doctor had prescribed wasn't working.. He looked at my forearm and chest and mentioned that he didn't think that what I had was scabbies, but rather a skin rash, and recommended I seek a second opinion and sent me to a different clinic. The new doctor didn't even mention scabbies and when I asked if that was possibly what I had he laughed at me and said I didn't have any of the symptoms so stop worrying.. I then decided to get a third opinion as how could a doctor possibly diagnose something as horrible as scabbies without being sure or even really checking for simple symptoms. My third and regular doctor reasurred me that both the Pharmacist and second doctor were in fact correct and this was infact not scabbies but a rash or allergy. After ten hours of proper medication I am 80% better. I am so thankful for the time this pharmacist spent helping me, I sure wish I'd have gone to see him instead of the doctor to begin with!

A friend had recommended this spa to me after she had had a brow wax-- she was pleased with the quality and price ($12 plus GST) and encouraged me to give it a try. I'm glad I did.
Le, the owner, is professional and pleasant. She gave me an excellent pedicure. Relaxing chairs (electronic massage optional), very clean, all new equipment.
Price is $40 plus GST which is a fraction of what I paid in the city. I walked out with beautiful toes and smooth feet, and enjoyed every second of the experience. I plan to go back for another pedicure in a few weeks, and I'm thinking of getting some nails (acrylic white tip-$40 or UV gel with white-$55). She offers all esthetic services at what I consider very reasonable prices.

It was almost -40 the other the day and my truck died in chestermere. I phoned all the towing outfit in the area but only yellow hook towing entertained my call. John O, the driver, got there in less than 30 mins. He knew I was very cold and offered for me to get into his warm truck, while he was setting up the tow. Awesome job John.

I built a home back in 2003 and these guys were contracted through the builder to do the siding. In 2014 I call them up because a piece of siding has cracked and I don't know how to source the product I need to do the repair. Within hours I get a call, here's how to find the colour code, some suppliers that may stock it, he even offers that if I have trouble he will come take a look and will get me what I need from one of his current suppliers. THAT'S cutomer service. Thank you.
