I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend joining organization. It is the best in the city and affordable. Lire plus

last week we stopped in to look at some new dogs for our home. They had a huge selection which in one hand is really good and in the other its really sad. I have grown up with dogs and animals and with our new home i was really excited to get a new dog. As much fun as puppies are, its the older ladies and gents that have really had a rough ride...So we are still waiting to find the right dog for our home.
