I just had a furnace and heat pump installed. Kevin and Matt were prompt (to the minute!), courteous and knowledgeable. Very personable guys who not only took care of installing the new equipment, they also took our old furnace/ airconditioner/ piping, and simply left our home spotless. I visited this establishment on May 3rd. The store is small but delightfully organized. The items are all quality goods and priced fairly. I found the sales staff to be friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I have a problem with a bone spur on one foot and was able to purchase a pair of shoes to wear to a wedding that were both stylish and comfortable. I will return. Lire plus

A few days ago, our well water system failed, apparently due to a waterlogged pressure tank. I called Pipeworks -- I'm a new customer for them. Glen said he could be out the next day at 7:30 am. He arrived exactly on time, and had the system fixed in about an hour, at a reasonable price. I'll be calling him soon for some "non-emergency" plumbing jobs. I am VERY satisifed with Pipeworks!
