These people are fantastic! I am new to needing an orthotic, and they were able to walk me through the process step by step. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and were able to tell me exactly what I needed to submit to my insurance for reimbursement of my portion of the cost. They were very patient, and I never felt like I was asking a stupid question (although I'm sure half of them were!). The appliance that I received from Grundy Orthotics is extremely comfortable, and I was able to wear it full time from the day I got it. There was no "breaking in" period that some other orthotists I spoke to warned about. I would highly recommended them to anyone that is in need of an orthotic device.

They are wonderful.
My wife and I have been shopping at the North Gower Pharmacy for nearly two years, and we are very pleased that they opened in this area. They offer excellent advice, they will stock items that we need which are sometimes only carried by Shoppers HOME Centres, and they know each and every customer by name. Very rare in this day and age. Their prices are often quite a bit better than at Shoppers, and we always get a seniors discount - not just on Tuesday. Great Pharmacy.

Visited the shop after a friend recommended it and ended up spending more money than I should. Wonderful section of teas and I was blessed with the presence of the owner and his wealth of knowledge. Enjoyed hearing a few tales about his travel to source tea and walked away with a few gems that will definitely have me returning! Can't wait for my next visit! ... This place is like family to us now. My teenage daughter started with one of the Musical Theater classes, and now has been taking singing lessons for the past year. Her focus has improved since she started there, and her grades have shot up to 2nd highest mark in her class. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a music program that is extremely well run but most of all a place where your child/teen will be taught by the best and have a lot of fun while doing it.

Was utterly impressed with my recent experience bringing my vehicle into Takaki Automotive for an e-test. Scheduling (and multiple rescheduling) of my appointment was dealt with effortlessly and with a smile by Hiroshi, the owner's son. I was made to feel like I had not inconvenienced anyone and that they would simply re-gig things to accommodate my changing schedule.
My actual appointment was a pleasant experience. I had the opportunity to sit in Takaki's welcoming wait room (where coffee, an aquarium, tv and decorations await) while enjoying my conversation with the friendly receptionist and other staff who would occasionaly venture by. Takaki's team is one big family - happy, respectful and very helpful with all my questions.
I am told Mr. Takaki sr himself is a caring man of many diverse talents. On this visit, the gentleman was busy outside, wielding a huge metal pick to chip ice from the walkway. I hope for the opportunity of chatting with him too, during my next visit.
The fee charged for today's visit was very reasonable; the information provided afterwards was helpful and there was no attempt to "upsell" or solicit additional work. I would highly recommend. this business.
