They have always been very good and friendly to us.
There maybe rats/mice, but we haven't encountered any and we've had a 10x24' unit for about six years.
There are rat traps spaced outside the doors approx every 70 ft, so it appears to be doing its job.
We are very happy with the service.

Mark came over as scheduled, fixed our kitchen sink at a reasonable price. Did an excellent job, left place clean and also did some caulking between the granite and the splash wall without us even asking to do that.

The owner, Beau, personally came and although we had a design in mind he gave us some amazing ideas and after feeling confident of his knowledge and expertise we said yes. Absolutely fantastic service. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and respectful of our home and things. They removed our old oil furnace and replaced it with a new gas furnace in one day. Erin, in the office, walked me through the process to get the prequalification code for the FortisBC grant and even completed the forms for us...all we had to do was sign it and mail it. First time in pharmacy following my appointment with my ENT doctor to fill my new prescription I required for tomorrow. Mr Baker, the Pharmacist was most courteos and provided fast efficient service. I was impressed to see a sign showing he won the compounding pharmacy award for the year 2018. I congratulated him and wished him luck for 2019. Your team came over on short notice on a Friday to ensure that our tenant could have hot water over the weekend. I could not get our usual plumbing company to come over.) In addition, your plumber was able to get the hot water working for the weekend, then returned promptly, as promised, on Monday to finish the job details with materials that were not available on Friday.
