I have been a long time customer of this branch. Staff is always polite, no hard sell. Actually, Bruce pointed out an issue with 1 of my initial choices. I just recently went in during the pandemic, had to wait a bit outside in my car as they are properly adhering to the govt guidelines of protocol. The staff had to deal with rude customers while I was there, and were polite but firm about the restrictions. I would highly recommend this store and their staff.

I don't understand why the low rating from customers. My experience has always been first rate. I've gone twice without an appointment and have always been treated in a professional, timely manner. The staff do the best they can. How about a little applause for them? By far, Alpha Laboratories is my number 1 place to go for lab tests

My family has been a client of Optimart on Eglinton since they opened. My grandmother was one of the first patrons and seeing the staff treat her convinced us to move our business to them. Our eye exams are performed on spot, we order the glasses of our choice/affordability and voila in a short period of time, we get them. We haven’t experienced any issues to date nor do we expect any. Loved their services and I'm impressed with their frames collection. I was on a business trip to Toronto and accidently broke my glasses while boarding a cab. It was my working glasses and I don’t want to strain my eyes too much without them. I loved that frame and I felt like it compliments my style. I wanted a similar one, but never thought I could get the same design here in Toronto. I would recommend all to check-out the collection here.

My dad is handicapped, and couldn't even get up the steps to the doctors offices around the Thompsion hotel.
At east Liberty, not only could I wheel him in right off the street, but all the facilites are accessable. The team is the best, and so far he has had great care. They even set him up with a cardio rehab clinic at Sunnybrook!

My experience at this facility was amazing. The wait time was Minimal. Sandra the receptionist was very polite and helpful to all. Safia the technician was very knowledgeable about her job not to mention very patient. The environment was very peaceful and clean. I would recommend this place

This is by far the best Ultrasound facility in Newmarket.
The place is very clean, Very friendly receptionist, thorough and kind technician.
My only complaint is that they are booked up a month ahead.
But honestly, for such great service, its worth the wait.

I called on the phone. The doctor came to the phone immediately and gave me excellent advice. He faxed my prescription to the pharmacy immediately. Very friendly and helpful doctor. Receptionist was very kind and accommodating. I was really impressed.
