We needed to rent a cargo van on three occasions for the purpose of closing an estate. Discount's service was exceptional on each occasion. Each of the vehicles we rented was in top shape, clean, and suited to our needs. On our last rental, although we had reserved a normal-sized cargo van, we were upgraded to a tall van at the same rate, which was really a great help to us. The staff we dealt with were friendly, efficient and informative. The rental rates were reasonable. Much thanks!!

My job requires that I have a vehicle that is in good working order and Dalzell's helped me to meet that requirement. The staff are very pleasant. I had a rental for 2 months, they had no problem exchanging cars to something that better suited my needs. I also ran into two problems with different insurance companies, the staff here figured everything out for me.
