The staff are very pleasant. I had a rental for 2 months, they had no problem exchanging cars to something that better suited my needs. I also ran into two problems with different insurance companies, the staff here figured everything out for me.

I was so imprssed with the professional customer service. I was on a very limited budget and they provided a reasonable price for the services I needed. My job requires that I have a vehicle that is in good working order and Dalzell's helped me to meet that requirement. They also gave me a list on future maintainence requirements with a cost so that I could budget for them. Thank you so much and I highly recommend them for any repairs that you need. We needed to rent a cargo van on three occasions for the purpose of closing an estate. Discount's service was exceptional on each occasion. Each of the vehicles we rented was in top shape, clean, and suited to our needs. On our last rental, although we had reserved a normal-sized cargo van, we were upgraded to a tall van at the same rate, which was really a great help to us. The staff we dealt with were friendly, efficient and informative. The rental rates were reasonable. Much thanks!!

I was in need of a good utility work truck and purchased a Ford F 150 pickup. The price was fair.
I had heard good things about Derrick Dodge from friends and was not disappointed.

GREAT place with satisfactory service at a great PRICE! For these reasons, I always prefer and I also tell all my friends/colleagues to take their cars and trucks to the Classified auto. He has explained in detail what he is planning to do to fix the problem and what i can expect after. As well, he allows you to observe the actual work he does and explains his reasoning and actions if and when i have questions. Best place to buy parts only downfall is that many people only have weekends off and you guys are only open till 1 on Saturdays you guys should keep your 4 pm hours just for Saturdays....I'm hoping that this might be taken into consideration as I do a lot of business here and send all my customers to dash...rather than parts source napa canadian tire etc
