Karl and Tom, were very friendly and professional on my service call yesterday. Although it was a simple installation of a humidifier control, they took the time and made sure everything worked and cleaned up after the job was complete. Excellent service team!

Our second service with Knight's. As with the first this experience provided a 'friendly and professional know-how'including identifying the problem with our furnace and explaining then completing the required FIX!
