    Great service! Helpful and knowledgeable staff!

    Unlike the other two reviews, I had a great experience! The staff are very knowledgeable and explained the details of my existing insurance clearly, including gaps in coverage and provided very competitive quotes within 15 minutes. They also clearly explained how vehicle premiums are calculated when there are more vehicles than drivers on a policy. I was able to get my old insurance reviewed and get better coverage and premiums in less than 15 minutes. I've referred friends who have saved 100s!

    Very condescendin...

    Very condescending male staff towards female clients. Even when attending with my husband, they would only point and refer to me as "her" instead of my name or "mrs. So-and-so". Never called me back when asked. The male staff talked to me like a child and when trying to explain policy changes dig out highlighters on the desk at which point I told him to stop patronizing me and immediately called my husband. In speaking to my husband, he was more polite, controlled, and explained to him. Ended up signing cancellation papers and opted for a different provider with better service. So unless you are a man or from the same culture as the office staff, don't deal with them.

    Very bad experience

    Extreme poor services kinda felt like discrimination was taking place I waited two days to be served and attended and kept getting up and down rates she would say one rate then another and kept saying I'd get a call back which never happen I prefer to to else where poor business attitude as well ( I give one star for only picking up the phone )
