The lady upstairs gave exceptional customer service! However the tailoring experience we had was Absolutely horrible! We had so many issues. The lady was extremely disrespectful to me, my daughter and the dress!Their tailoring area was dirty, strings everywhere! It took me forever to pick all the strings off of her dress! I was grossly overcharged and ended up having to take the dress elsewhere to get the job finished properly! I would never recommend this place.

The service was not flexible. They kept directing us to go back to the front desk when we were ready. We wanted to ask questions and get service but they would only answer a few questions and then leave. No we did not have an appointment but I would of appreciated better service. When I did ask for a dress they did not have it available because the company was discontinued or not in the color I was hoping for. I wont be going back!

Literally go anywhere but here. Staff was rude and unwelcoming. We were lied to just so sales person could get the sale. Alterations were quoted at almost the cost of the dress! Horrified at the lack of care to customers. Management didn’t care so we are taking the dress elsewhere for alterations. They only care about the sale. I’m in customer service and feel I could take Gemini on as clients to reach them how it’s done. So disappointing for my daughters first big event.

I will try to sum this up but it was an endlessly horrible experience to shop here. The staff were abysmally rude; they bodyshamed one of our party, blamed our bride for being lied to by their own staff, and flat out ignored us when we spoke. The dresses are extremely cheaply made but extravagantly priced. You are made to wait, ignored, and argued with. Please save your money and shop somewhere where customers are respected.
