I dislike this clinic. I dont know how many times Ive been lied 2 by thier secretaries when I asked 2 see the doctor whos suppose 2 be my doctor and doesnt want 2 see me bcuz i was on narcotic painkillers thAt was prescribed 2 me when they first opened. Instead of dealing with me they would move 2 Eastwood clinic and hand me off 2 the next doctor. They put me on oxys then hydromorphine 30mg in 2012.then cut me off cold turkey in 2018. They didnt want 2 fill days until I went on methadone either.

The pharMacy is good but the clinic is very biased and rude. Theyre unprofessional and the doctor I had was dr.werner. she was new and prescribed me 4 oxycontin 80 mg a day and then I was cut off and told that Dr Warner was no longer a doctor there...she moved clinics and bcuz of that I went through harsh withdrawals. So I filed a complaint 2 College of physicians and they opened an investigation on her and she took classes and now is certified 2 prescribe painkillers. Im on methadone now

Dr.Alzdam will empathize with patients. Great clinic, no complaints at all. Respectful of your time.

I called through to the front reception area to let them know I'd be 5 minutes late and Not only was I on hold for 25 minutes but when I got there I ended up being on time and the lady was rude with me. I then sat in the waiting room for my 11:40 appointment didn't get called into a room until 12:40 and it took 25 minutes for the doctor to you and come into my room. Unacceptable

I took my mother to her appointment here and while I was waiting I asked if there was any openings because I was in lots of pain. Their front desk staff had no manners and one particular girl was rude! Also, just now I got off the phone with my mother’s doctor who seemed to care about my mom’s seizure since a couple days ago but when I call today to have my mom speak to her, she jumped to accusations before I can even explain why I am calling. I have never dealt with such rude service!!

I love this clinic. The doctors are so kind to everyone, I know some people don't like some of the doctors because they just want some money. If you trust them and they are awesome you will get better eventually. I go to this clinic to see my favourite doctors!

I have seen a number of physicians at Kensington who have been very professional, whilst caring and understanding. I always get my appointments before noon and never have to wait for more than 10 minutes more than my appointment time.

I have mixed feel...

I have mixed feelings about this clinic. Doctors for myself have been amazing. I make a appointment and usually get in right away. However I have been taking my 14 month old daughter there since she was2 months old and Dr. H Jama – paediatrician said she had blocked ducts but they couldnt give her anything stronger than ointment until a year old. one week after her birthday I asked for a referral to a specialist. He said he would send it. a month went by and nothing, I went back. He said he did it I said not the dermatologist. He went oh sorry and said he would do it right away. It's now another month later and after watching my poor child suffer with goopy crusty eyes non stop for 12 months, I took her to see my doctor, dr. Wesam at the same place. Immediately he faxed the referral and is amazing! Dr jama doesn't care about the children he treats. he never weighs her, never checks her eyes ears chest NOTHING!! He only cares about getting paid. For adults the service is incredible. Love the receptionists and my Doctor. I absolutely DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR THE WELL BEING OF THE CHILDREN.

Every time I come...

Every time I come into an appointment, I end up waiting for up to an hour, also they have a receptionist named Sasha who is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional.

I'm about 4 years...

I'm about 4 years in this clinic, very pleased with the girls at the reception, very professional, friendly little longer to wait for a doctor's examination. Think it is for this reason that you as a patient are not just a number to be as fast out of office The doctor views with great care and patience great respect for all and especially to Dr. A. Kusai

I would not recommend attending this clinic under any circumstances. I arrived on a weekend expecting a long wait, and was excited when I was told the wait would be about 40 minutes. I waited 3 hours with no explanation or warning. When I inquired I was told customers were being helped as they came in. Once being treated I sent in a complaint to the company and was told "I am very sorry for the wait time you waited, and according to our monitor recording you waited approximately 60 minutes." My care was very good once I got to the doctor but it is obvious that the administration does not care about customer service on any level.
