Horrible condo managers. They have withheld all condo documents from the owners after meetings. Never provided reserve funds studies either. When requested the my direct you to their website and charge a huge amount of money. Slow call backs of any at all. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE THEM FOR CONDO MANAGEMENT!
Not an effective management company. Extremely slow response typically takes several emails and a phone call. Repairs and deficiencies not completed. No timelines provided. You think something is going to be fixed only to speak directly with repair company to find out TEGA didnt respond to them either to approve the work. TEGA website has been down for over 6 months so you cant escalate to the president. Wasted time and resources when residents and owners have to manage the management company.
Our board has been with Tega for several years and we have had no issues with getting things handled. We look forward to many more years. Thanks Tega and team
We have been managed by TEGA for seven years now, and have been able to complete replacement of the building exterior envelope. The experience and guidance from the team at TEGA has been great.

Horrible management company. Managers are rude, don't return calls or e-mails and take forever to have anything fixed. Will only use their contacts to contract out maintenance/repairs, even if double the cost of anyone else. Almost every piece of correspondence has to be sent twice due to errors and misinformation. Only 7 days notice of the AGM. Terrible company, I do not recommend.
Won't respond to phone calls or emails. When they eventually respond, they lie about what they are going to do and when it is going to be done. Incompetent beyond reason. DO NOT USE!
Beyond useless. Extremely slow response. When they do respond, they don't take care of the problem or provide a timeline. When asked again, they stop responding. Do not pay them any money.
Terrible property management company. Do not pay this company to manage anything they can't manage themselves . They fight and don't listen to anything you have to say.
This is a fantastic company. Staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Quick response time for everything. There is no comparison, I have dealt with other companies that are completely useless, this is NOT one of them. 2 thumbs up.
We were extremely disappointed when working with TEGA. Inflated prices and very little assistance. They gave no help whatsoever, and as a result they did not let us know we were ordering and paying for the wrong documents than what they knew we needed so that we were forced to pay for more additional documents later. Extremely rude and not helpful in any manner. Would never deal with them again!
