Sub Standard work and bad service
Went here to have two pairs of pants hemmed and a shirt altered. My pair of brand new buffalo jeans were done horribly. the seam was all over the place, as well the colour of thread they decided to use was white. It stood out really bad contrasting the jeans and looked horrible. Their excuse was that the jeans are "stretchy" and the machine hops around and that this was the closest colour of thread. The shirt seam was also not very good wobbly in spots and extra thread dangling in several spots. I asked for my money back and was denied. All they could offer was to redo it As they were not "authorized" to refund money. I asked why not and apparently they are not the "owner" Really? that is a ridiculous answer and why would I want them to wreck my 100 dollar pair of jeans even more? I do not recommend this place for hemming or Alterations. Just wait for someone to help you that knows how to sew.
