The service technician arrived within the stated time. He was prepared, knowledgeable, friendly, and also very kind to my wild pack of dogs. He fixed two of my appliances and provided me with information to make an informed decision about repairing the third appliance. Their rates are more than reasonable. I definitely recommend this company.

They came and installed my dishwasher, very efficient and professional. Also gave some great tips on how to maintain the unit in order to make it last as long as possible.

Won’t bother trying to contact again. On a positive note them ignoring my emails motivated me to order the part and fix it myself.

Absolutely horrible customer service!! Do not return phone calls, did not show up for the appointment that was booked, and did not call to advise, explain or book another date. Why is it so bloody hard to find good customer service in the Stony Plain, Spruce Grove and rural area??

Owen was amazing! My dyer had no heat. Owen came out and knew what the problem was in no time. He needed to go and get the part as he didn't have that exact one. Not only did he find the part that day he was also able to get me a stacking kit for my washer and dryer. He was able to come back the next morning to install everything for me. Mr. Fulcher came to repair my washer. I was impressed that he found the problem, ordered the part and had it up and running again in a very short time frame. He was very professional and witty at the same time. I would recommend this company for my service needs.
