    Thank you so much Best Buy Appliances for the great service over the last 5 years. I own a few rental properties in Kamloops and relay on Kevin's knowledge and service to not let my tenants down. Over the years I have purchased a couple of fridges, a stacker washer dryer and a stove. The warranty of 60 days has never been required but I respect the business for offering this on refurbished appliances. I defiantly will refer this company to colleagues and friends.

    Worst experience ever

    Bought a used appliance to have it stop working 6 weeks later. 30 day warrenty was up and I had to go buy a brand new one. Tried to get some of my money back but was left to throw the unit into the dump myself. Terrible products, poor customer service. Bad bussiness. Worst experience Ive ever had.
