    Don't buy jewelry...

    Don't buy jewelry there! They refused to exchange the charms I received as Christmas gift under the pretense that it had been more than 14 days even though I had the gift-receipt and charms in original wrapping. Horrible service considering the amount of money that was spent. I will never go there again. Buying competitive products like Soufeel will be a much better deal. Worst service ever!

    FANTASTIC MANAGEM...

    FANTASTIC MANAGEMENT !!!! Just left this Pandora and I must say not only was the manager helpful but she went above and beyond to make it a unforgettable experience. My first pandora purchase and it Definitely wont be my last. World class service and jewellery . I highly recommend Metro-Town Pandora !

    greedy management

    Management told me I would have to lose $200 , and not get anything for my money. They do not have the same policy as other professional jewellers. If you misplace your credit note, you lose that money. They do not have a copy in their computer system. All other jewellery stores have this.
