Unprofessional... Failing Company

Very unprofessional. As a customer, we are treated very rudely. Most drivers are pleasant enough but look miserable and voice how much they dislike their job and management. When I call the call centre, I am rushed through my call to take my order and hurried off. All the employees I have had to deal with seem unhappy. I try to complain to management and they pass me off. The owner is completely irresponsible and does not care about her company. I truly believe the company will fail.
