I read this review and wondered , on my ! But that was from 2014 ! Must have new owners because this place is the best !!! Looks new ! Full kitchen with full size s/s fried/ freezer .. flooring is tile and hardwood . Bathroom is high end as is the bed ! Best sleep EVER!! We had a lightening/ thunder show in the middle of the night ( with a tad of rain ) ... this am is clear as a bell. This hotel gets a 5/5 for cleanliness, amenities ( soaps/ shampoos spa type) and COMFORT !

Red Lion Inn Accommodation Review

Booked a room for an employee. Manager required payment in advance. No cancellation policy or details were stated. Employee checked out due to less than acceptable room conditions. A refund was requested for the remaining nights of the reservation & was refused. Effort was made to compromise with the offer of covering the night that the employee checked out on & the following day. Compromise was refused. Would not recommend this hotel due to poor customer service.
