Arrogant and very rude owner don't know how to attend the customers and don���t know how to talk to the younger person and they wont even test drive after alignment to verify that is it done correctly and the thing i felt bad is the behaviour how he talked was really rude i wont recommend this place. Unprofessional work and owner

The owner is rude and very unprofessional, and when i confronted him about the damage that his shop did to my wheel, he got angry and said he will not do anything about it. Dont do any business here. Glade i took pictures of my wheel before he damaged it, and the after damage pictures.

Very rude and disrespectful customer service. Even their quality of work is subpar and I wouldn’t recommend this tire shop for anyone. Huge waste of my time and I would give a 0/5 if I could.

Terrible service and twice the price of his original quote. He will also tell you he can do the work that day and not start until the next afternoon, just wants to get you in the door. Take your vehicle to a dealership and save money.

In March 1018 I had $1700.00 work done at BC Tires & Automotive including rear brake rotors, calipers and pads. 7 months later, one of the calipers started leaking brake fluid, a lot of brake fluid. I had to have a weekend emergency repair done close to home, rather than risk the 20+km drive to BC Tires. One caliper, that should be under warranty, was replaced. Calipers are warrantied for 1 year, but since I couldn't get to BC Tire, the only warranty they would offer was a new caliper. Since I

Good customer service. Always have lots of tires in stock and no appointment needed. Have brought both my cars here this year and will continue to come here for years.

The service I had done here was fast, professional, and courteous. I liked the no up selling, they just did a great job on what I asked for at the quoted price.

If you want the biggest bang for your buck I would go to BC Tires. I went to get new rims and tires for my 2012 escalade. Before purchasing I went around and checked the prices from other stores. Most of the shops were charging me 4000+, Surrey Wheels and Tires were charging me a very large amount just for new tires and rims. BC Tires charged me half of what they was asking. Not only got a great deal but service was excellent. I would highly recommend people to go here.

I took my 2014 BMW 5 series in for new tires and they gave me an excellent deal compared to the other shops that I went to. Not only did they do an amazing job on my vehicle but also the manager of the shop, Kent, answered all my questions that I had and also did an amazing job on my car. When I gave my vehicle in for a tire change they said it would take approximately an hour and they offered me a free courtesy car. Kent and his employees did an amazing job on my BMW as there were no scratches

Worst experience ever

Purchased 4 new truck tires from these people and they damaged all 4 of our rims. Denied the damage, told us to shut up and called us liars. Finally agreed to pay for 3 our of the 4 rims. We're out the cost of repairing one rim $275+tax and the cost of a car rental $265. Save yourself the hassle and do not shop here.
