    Exceptional Wedding Reception, We Would Recommend!

    For the price, food and service, Paradise Banquet hall was the best option we found while we were searching for a hall. There were no different pricing from different days, no sharing of halls with other weddings/events. Best of all, Paradise catered the food to exactly our tastes and preferences (meaning no butter chicken standard fare), everyone loved the appetizers. The washrooms were extremely clean and well kept throughout. Thank you Douglas and Paradise Hall, we were extremely happy!

    Best Party ever!!

    We just had our engagement at Paradise Banquet Hall. From start to finish we were over whelmed by the level of service and attention to OUR detail they provided and the food was just amazing! We had certain events planned throughout the evening and everything went off extremely well. We have re-booked Paradise Banquet Hall for our wedding next year! This is a newer hall and definitely the best kept secret is Surrey Delta.

    RUINED MY WEDDING

    I had my wedding reception at this hall last August. The manager Douglas is all smiles and kindness up until you sign the contract. On the day of my wedding, the DJ that the hall provided did not play ANY of the music that I provided. When I called to rectify the situation, Douglas said he would call me back and from then on never picked my calls... from that phone. I don't think that screening you calls is proper protocol of a business man. If you make a mistake then man up and deal with it. He said that he paid the DJ so we should talk to the DJ, I explained that we paid him and it is on our contract so actually he should deal with us and the DJ. They also cut the top tier of my wedding cake instead of boxing it up for me to cut on my anniversary. The manager was yelling at his staff the whole time also. It was extremely embarrassing and we paid a lot of money. I will not be using this hall ever again.

    Thank you Trisha Raghu ,My self (Douglas) and my staff had a great time serving you and my staff has been with me since 3 to 2 years working for me , if i had to yell at them, they would have left me long before, well end of the night you even thanked us and gave us a tip and a thank you card, Your Sister said to cut the cake since it was a small one and Brother-in-law was in charge of the music and was working with the Dj, Dictating and handling the function the whole evening. Well our doors are always opened for a beautiful couple like you. God Bless Douglas and Staff Paradise Banquet Hall
