Was sold a Cadillac of security systems by the salesman.Low and behold it wasnt.Had the company out numerous times as my wireless keypad in the garage kept locking up saying panel not responding. They put another temporary keypad on the counter...temporay being a year and have had same issues.Found out they arent selling them anymore due to the problems.I asked to null and void the other 1.5 years on my contract.He declined ...Customer satisfaction is not a priority.
On May 27, 2020 We had the most knowledgeable and kindest Price technician come out to fix a phone line problem we were having with our alarm system, that the telephone technician we had out could not figure out or fix, we were not getting a dial tone from our telephone box, but the Price Alarm technician saw the telephone wiring problem and fixed it. If this Price technician worked for us, he would defiantly get a bonus. He is a true asset to Prices Alarms in Kelowna. 5+Stars Excellent!
Had Ilya and Kyle ( mew tech) at a clients house today!! Both were professional, kind, efficient and Tidy and detail minded. Incredible time management!! Cautious with social distancing. I would highly recommend these technicians! Many thanks gentleman!

Was dealing with a problem with our security alarm system for between 4-6 weeks minimum, however, the service with the techs that came to our home over this time frame were always professional,knowledgeable and did everything they could to fix the problem. A big thank you to Dillon, and especially Matt H.for staying 2-3 hrs overtime to make sure the system was working before leaving for the day. 5 stars for techs 3 stars for the company Grant D
They were so easy to work with. The day of the installation Tim was able to call me, I don’t live on the property, so I wasn’t there waiting. When he was done Tim took his time to show my husband and I how to use the app on our phones and the control panel in the house. He was great.

Thank you for your 5 star review of Price's Alarms and the Kudos for Timm
I owned a shop in Kelowna and had prices alarms as my monitoring company. My shop was broken into and the thieves emptied the shop meanwhile prices alarms called the store phone before contacting myself directly this happened twice I lost almost $20,000 in products and damages. I decided that this company wasn’t up to par on the services they were to provide so I decided to cancel my services and at this point they charged me over $1000 for the remainder of the contract. Not impressed.

Hi Niki, thank you for your feedback. We regret to hear about your break-in and understand your frustration regarding these events. Please understand that Kelowna municipal bylaws absolutely require us (or any alarm company) to always call the site phone number before contacting the police (no exceptions). This is required because police resources are stretched thin and many alarms are false and caused by user error (ie. staff or night cleaners forgetting the code). Alarm systems are designed to deter and detect an intruder breaking into your premise and ensure someone is responding. It’s unfortunate the intruder made off before the police could respond. We recommend you looking into target hardening solutions (security window film, window bars, steel doors, high security deadlocks, time lock safes, etc) which could make it much more difficult for someone to break in. Unfortunately, without more information, we can’t determine your account and are unable to look into this further. Please reach out to our customer care team if you have any other questions.
Refreshing friendly customer service and tidy service technician compared to poor experiences my previous security company.
I have not been treated well at all! Noone will follow up on my concerns and a problem with my personal alarm in my home I continue to receive a bill but yet my alarm system will not work and no one will come out and do this repair and I have been complaining for three months… Completely unacceptable...... do not use this alarm company if you want to have service
