Tom Lee Music Langley

10/10 recommend. Went in years ago to buy an electric guitar when another nearby store was unable to accommodate me as a lefty and never looked back. I soon realized that Tom Lee is where it’s at. All the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in their products. They really care about their customers and always go the extra mile. Big Thankyou to Andre and the rest of the Tom Lee family for all the assistance and knowledge they’ve provided me with. ????

I've been going to this tom Lee for a few years now. They keep a decent variety of things in stock and can access so much more than they show. The staff has been very helpful in answering my questions even when I'm not buying anything. Good regular prices and often crazy good sale deals (sign up for the emails!)

I have purchased 2 PA systems from Tom Lee Music in Langley over the past few years. I have dealt with both B J and Alex for these systems and their advice helped me select the correct components needed at the time. I have been extremely pleased with the service from Alex at Tom Lee Music in Langley BC. This is the store of choice for me and always has been. They are large but not too large and can still take care of its customers. I find that in this store I am not a number, but rather a person (customer) and they show me what they have to offer and are willing to discuss for how ever long I need to make a decision, even weeks if needed. They never pressure to make a purchase, just explain my options!

Disappointing deal advertisement

The website says there's a deal of buy one guitar and get another, different one for free. Says it's posted 2012-03-16 with no expiry date listed. I phoned three stores and two of them have no idea about the deal, so I phoned the Vancouver head office number and they hum and haw about it too and say it is no longer available. Therefore, instead of wasting potential customer's time, simply update your website promptly OR honour the deal you have advertised.
