    When I first met ...

    When I first met Ken I was too afraid to go out of doors. A few years later I am volunteering, doing things with friends (he helped me see my value and how to set healthy boundaries). He is warm and easy to talk to. I have a strong internal worth now. Thanks.

    I saw ken for abo...

    I saw ken for about 9 months and it changed my life. We were able to talk about things in my past holding me back, he gave me book recommendations and studies on shame we wold work through together. In the end I learned how to truly love myself for exactly who I am! Ken is truly amazing passionate about his carrer and very knowledgeable!

    Warm, personable, relatable and extremely gifted as a counsellor! Ken has been the answer to so many areas of healing, helping me work through trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, Disordered eating and relationship struggles. safe, comfortable and inviting environment

    I would highly re...

    I would highly recommend Ken as a counsellor. I have been receiving counselling from him since October 2015. He truly cares for his clients. Ken works in a very professional manner and meets you were you are at in life without judgement. He works with a variety of methods of therapy which has been very helpful in my progress for healing. I am grateful for his wisdom.
