    We rented a car ...

    We rented a car from Hurtz at the Nanimo airport, when we returned it, the owner of Hurtz said we had smoked in tge car abd we would be charged extra for cleaning. We did not smoke in the car, when we tried to tell him that he said "i own this location and your charges are only going to get worse". For what we dont know, but i will never rent from Hurtz again.

    Thank you Hertz to save my day

    We came in by ferry from vancouver. had to take a cab to airport which is costly. but no other car rental offices were open after 5pm downtown. because i am under 25 was asked for proof of insurance by lady from bugdet. why would i carry my insurance in my pocket. hertz was nice enough to help us out and got a better price. see curt at hertz for a good deal I made this post but now at wrong town in richmond actually nanaimo service. kirk was his name and nice and refused $10 appreciation tip he said to recommend to him great instead so I do this for nice
