They do the job, I guess.
The salesman was great up until I paid for the machine. The only problem he had before that was he only had 2 options for people who can't breath with their nose. My mask leaked so much I had a rash on my face. He constantly tried different setups and setting to help me but it never worked. I got a letter from my insurance that it was going to be covered. He filled out the paperwork and that was the last time I ever heard of him. I called a couple times because my mask still wasn't working and I needed help. No response. For 6 months my machine sat under my bed because I wasn't able to use it. I got more help from an online cpap supply company then I did from these people. I would not recommend. I had basically forgot that these people existed until they sent me a brochure to tell me to buy a new mask. I was so angry that I decided other people need to know of my experience.

I was disappointed to read of this individual's experience with our organization. I would be more than happy to talk the author of this review to get more information on his/her concerns and who at the organization he/she dealt with and re-assure him/her that we hold our staff to a higher standard than is being shared here.
