The baked veggie wrap is aweful. The service is the slowest I have ever encountered. Cant recommend this place at all.

Rude with a mandatory gratuity

When we arrived at the restaurant for lunch we were waiting for some time to be seated. When we finally were my father-in-law asked for a coffee to which the lady who escourted us snapped that she had to figure out who our server was first. Turns out she was our server and not a very good one. She did inform us of a mandatory gratuity. I was surprised when our lunch bill came to $130. $20 of that being a tip for really slow rude service. Only sandwiches on the menu and without a side dish.

Eating there is an experience - I love it

I have been to the Roost for lunch many times. It's just like a picnic. Their sandwiches are terrific, the bread is fresh, the soup is delicious and homemade.
