This is the first...

This is the first review I have written as I feel it is only fair to warn anyone looking for a sign or plaque not to use this company. After we received an initial quote and paid for half of our order up front, we were sent an up charge and were guaranteed quality work and told "not to worry". Three weeks after we were promised the engraved stone we were told they were complete and to pick them up. Our stones were completely ruined! All the corners were chipped and the writing was garbage.

DO NOT order from this company. Be aware. Order sign online, they were very quick to take a paypal payment, the sign took forever, even with their 'express' option. The sign came, finally. It was the size of a small piece of paper, NOT the size I ordered. It was marble, NOT the material I ordered. They had decided to change my address because it 'didnt't make sense'. They would not give me a refund, yelled at me when i called & were just generally awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
