Purolator

I have had several packages delivered-I could not go to the lobby as I was ill-the delivery person brought the package up to my suite-friendly yet professional. When I was not at home, a message was left-upon picking up my parcel at their location in Penticton, BC-the service was great-polite, friendly etc. Have NO idea why others have found them to be "difficult".

I was home all day - ring doorbell recorded the guy walking up to the door with a delivery card and the package, not knock or do anything to try and deliver the package, leave the card, and drive off. This dude had a pre filled out card saying it couldn’t be delivered when I was literally 6 meters into my house - a SINGLE knock from him would have saved me a whole trip to the shipping center and left me unpissed.

I was told when I went to pick up a package why purolator doesn’t deliver at Skaha Bluffs in Penticton. It’s too dangerous for the drivers on lakeside road… it’s funny but UPS and FEDEX , plus others deliver here all the time. I guess Purolator doesn’t really need my business

Worst company ever. They had to deliver 2 packages. They delivered 1 package at 2:57 and didn't deliver second one 2:58 because they did not have the apartment entry code. what a joke. It was same address and it was same guy who delivered. You came to deliver the first package in the apartment because that box had entry code, and you just took the second box back without leaving it together because there were no entry code?

No local phone number, I am waiting for my parcel three days Purolator giving me run around. Every time I call, call goes to call center in new Brunswick they don't know where is Penticton. I am really up set.

I was home all day, didnt receive a call and somehow missed the package? They left a note on my door saying to pick it up after 10am tomorrow. Its a textbook that I need for class at 8am tomorrow. They didnt even call or knock! Just showed up and put the sticky note on the door!

If a zero was possible, I'd give them as many as possible. My complaints are the same as others: refusal to deliver, no local phone number, and tell me....how do you 'lose' three separate deliveries in one week? Deplorable.

Order Nespresso and it did arrive 3 days later but Purlator did not even bother to leave a note at all. If I did not call Nespresso 5 days later and check it may be send back and miss our order. Terrible service.

Extremely rude staff, when I asked for address to pick up my pkg, she hung up on me! This location sounds like it’s run by a bunch of preschoolers, I will let the Kidney association of Canada to seek a different shipper, this one is garbage!

I couldn't give a lower rating. Company shipped to us by Purolator. They apparently refused to deliver to our address. However, they also didn't contact us to let us know it was available for pickup and returned to sender. Had to get sender to send again. Horrible horrible service. Wish I could give fewer stars!

The worst, I live in a rural address place my full address too and it somehows always ends up there. I live in Princeton and there’s a depo here for delivery’s, and the truck MUST pass through Princeton to get to Penticton, they’re also stupid there as well, putting a hold on it instead of correcting the problem and sending it off the the correct are. Worse company ever for shame 1/5 stars.
