Dr. Chao has been our doctor since he started his practice here in Richmond over 25 years ago. We love him like family. He is family. The best!

Dr Chao is a very caring doctor. He follows up in the evenings with a phone call about any test results you may have.

Dr. Chao is most ...

Dr. Chao is most always accessible. He is very kind and interested in your problems and investigates when he feels something amiss. I even recommended my husband see him when he was having problems and he ordered a lot of tests including sleep apnea. How was very impressed. I have been seeing Dr. Chao for at least 20 years and I would recommend him highly.
