Great individual service provided by Rod and others when he was off. The selection of furniture and optional materials is above average, so you can find pretty well any color and style combo imaginable and you'll get it in the best made product. These sofas are built to survive Atomic Wars and are not the cheap, throw-away chinese made "B" Grade economy garbage that falls apart after 6 months you'll find at the some of the discount chain furniture stores. You get what you pay for!

Salesperson Roye found the perfect chairs for us and made the transaction simple and straight forward. The two chairs were delivered in a timely and professional manner. They look great in our house and are the most comfortable chairs we've had in a long time. Highly recommend the Richmond La-Z-Boy store.

Very happy with the customer service fromJeanne and Kenji.Both so very friendly and love the in home consult, so they could see my colors and make sure I was picking the right colours. Have bought lazy boy furniture before and are completely happy with their furniture...just ordered so wont be able to send pictures.

Good friendly staff and reasonable prices for custom high end furniture. Furniture arrived earlier than expected and delivery people were friendly and professional. No issues so far!
