Yuri was unfriendly, not smile nor extend warm welcome, and avoid eye contacts when you try to approach him. When asked him a question, I learned he cannot hear or speak and only communicate typing on his iPad and making you reply by typing on his iPad, too. As I cant vaccinate due to medical reasons, I did not feel comfortable touching his personal iPad to avoid contracting Covid.
