    Kore designed our system and put everything in place, and we have had them winterized once. We got unnecessary bills because one of our main sprinkler heads kept breaking, but they denied that it was their fault - ie it was too close to the sidewalk or people were careless. They took no ownership. We have paid them a great deal of money but they are terrible at responding to calls and we are always left with a bill even when nothing is done/no parts are fixed.

    If I could leave no stars I would. First off they never answer their phones. Then we had a bill of 148 for a technician to come and summarize our system. When he got here he did not summarize our system because there was a broken part which was fine. But then they sent us an invoice for having him summarize it. When I called and told them this instead of fang the issue they sent my invoice to collections without and notice or anything and it had only been 2 months. Worst company ever.

    Terrible Irresponsible Service

    Kore came to winterize my irrigation system and disassembled a portion of it and then did not affect repair. Leaving a sprinkler stand removed, causing the supply line to fill with dirt. When I requested the return and resolve the issue, they simply blew me off. This is a company that could care less about responsible, respectful service. Use at your own risk.

    You asked us to repair a head while we were winterizing. Our dispatcher explained that we can't do repairs while winterizing because many of the parts and tools are removed from our trucks in order to fit all the hoses but that we would be happy to return for after winterizations. You didn't find this acceptable and would not pay for your winternalization so you were sent to collections. I'm sorry that your are upset but I stand behind my staff in this situation.
