Stellar experience we had with these amazing funny guys. Me and my husband were laughing and enjoying the whole day while these well-experienced movers were moving our stuff. They know what to do, how to handle every single item. I felt pleased to have them on our moving day. Highly recommended..
Would never recommend this company to anyone. We were sent a crew of three. One, a recent hire, was responsible. The other two spent as much time wasting time , taking breaks and checking cell phones. It wasn't until a couple if weeks later that we finally got around to moving furniture into place, we discovered many scratches and terrible dents. They conveniently placed the damaged pieces backwards against walls and behind other things. In addition we have since noticed missing items.
We used Miracle movers last week and our experience with them was superb. They were on time 9am and worked straight until 4pm. I had to move my stuff from a storage unit to my newly built house in Richmond. Mike & his fellows were so professional in there work that they lift heavy items with much ease & precision. Not only they were professional their price was very reasonable and they are also nice guys. If you want a moving co. where you have nothing to worry about call MIRACLE MOVING! THANK U
I freaked out a little bit when my husband sprained his wrist snowboarding a few days before we were scheduled to close on our house! Luckily, I found Miracle Movers on internet and it all worked out just fine. I contacted them on a Thursday evening and they were able to work us in on Monday. I had found one company that was slightly cheaper, but I felt better going with this one because they were also referred by my office people. Most other companies in the area seem to charge a similar hourly rate. The person that I emailed and talked on the phone with seemed knowledgeable and was quick to follow up. The two person team showed up at our place right on time and quickly got to work. They had our second story one-bedroom walk up loaded in slightly less than an hour and half. They did a remarkable job and the workers were very courteous and treated our belongings with extreme care. Garry was leading the crew and he kept the moving process moving at a quick pace. The crew did a great job of organizing what needed to be packed and assembled the boxes in a very orderly fashion. These guys really made me feel like I made the right choice to give it another try. Worth every single penny!! Thank you to Miracle Team - I appreciated all of your work and enjoyed working with you so much!
Really Bad. Our experience could not have been worse. The movers damaged many items and we found out after they left that they took electronics and a cheque book. The owners have not responded to us after months of reaching out to them. They responded to one of these reviews " Moreover, we are insured to cover any loss/damage to client`s property." Untrue, if they are insured to cover loss then why have they avoided us and never offered an apology or compensation.
We had a terrible experience with this company. The workers they sent to our home damaged many pieces of our furniture and some items never showed up at our new place. We contacted the owner/operator and were basically told it was our problem. Worst moving experience we have ever had!
Yesterday I moved to a new apartment about 20 minutes away from my old one in Guilford. The move was, dare I say, easy? (Knock on wood that nothing goes wrong to balance that out.) Miracle Moving made everything stress free. Again, seriously.
Good moving company, excellent and proffessional
Needed a last minute move. Owner of company was very friendly and had me sorted out. My wife and I had such a wonderful experience, I thought' I'd share it here. First off all the workers were AMAZING. They were fragile with every piece of furniture (had very fragile equipment), not a single scratch etc on anything. Secondly, the rate was very affordable! Called a few companies and these guys were the least expensive and offered excellent service. I recommend this company in a heart beat! If you are planning a move and need help you won't be disappointed. I know i wasn't.
Scratches & nicks to various furniture pieces were pointed out, replied that it was normal when moving so no compensation. Overall move time, too long, 11 hrs. They finished at 11PM. Needed to substitute inadequate personnel. Dirty mattresses as a result of improper transportation. Lack adequate amount of moving equipment. We've moved 10 times within and between 3 provinces and 2 countries. This was the worst moving experience ever.

We handle our every move with extensive care and professionalism. Our every mover is bonded and properly trained to exceed our customers expectations from a moving company. I am surprised to read the above posted comment because none of our job went till night in that days. This is clearly a false statement. We have served over 10,000 satisfied customers during past decade. Although our team do not feel ashamed to apologize for any inconvenience happened to any of our client or neighborhood. Moreover, we are insured to cover any loss/damage to client`s property.
