Customer service here is horrible. They do not understand your needs. They think they are better than you.

Rating should be zero, this trustee is dishonest and very unfriendly, he is also only looking out for himself, he will pry into your information, trying to find any way he can to maximize the funds that he can take from you, whether it be property or money, this is not the type of person you want to deal with when filing a bankruptcy or a consumer proposal, take the advice if reading this and stay clear away from this guy.

When I was in trouble with Revenue Canada & I was unable to repay them, Mr. West was there to help me. I tried several other trustees but they did not have the quality of service Mr. West offered! He was very reassuring & knowledgeable on how to get my finances back in order.
