Rimmi Beauty Salon

Terrible place to go. They overcharged me by $10 in compare with the price mentioned on their website; when I mentioned they said price changed a long ago; they never thought to change price on website to mislead people. When I called next day; they refund me $5 (only $5 not $5.25 with tax)by saying she misunderstood the service I received from them. At the end still I overcharged by $5+ tax from website mentioned price. Place was dirty and also not satisfied with service I received.

We came to Canada for a wedding and my wife and daughter both rushed over to Rimmi Beauty Salon. They were very satisfied with their new looks. Rimmi beauty salon really goes above and beyond with all your needs and leave you happy and very satisfied. I would highly suggest this salon and know that everyone would be as satisfied as my family.

This is my go to place in Surrey. I love people who work there. 100% recommended.

What an amazing experience I had at this salon! Got the highlights and permanent straightening done recently. Rimmi has deep knowledge of her work. For the first time a hair therapist talked to me about how hair react after chemicals are applied and what could be done to avoid the damage. She also talked about the bonds in hair. It made a lot more sense about what I was getting for my hair. My colleagues LOVED my hair big time! Already referred two of them to Rimmi. Will surely be back!

Went there to get a haircut. Very unprofessional. Scratched my face and scraped my eyelid with the comb. No apology. Would not even listen to what I wanted to do with my hair. Definitely will not go back.

They are just awesome. I went there to get a facial, haircut, and my eyebrows. When I entered they greeted my in a real good way. The place is nice and clean and peaceful. Once I was done I felt sooo fresh. For me this was the best experience. Besttt salon.

I went in here to...

I went in here to get my eyebrows threaded thinking they would be well trained but I was completely wrong. The lady that threaded my eyebrows ended up threading a huge chunk right from the centre of my eyebrow. Then to make matters worse she thought she could 'fix it' by doing the exact same thing to my other eyebrows. Now I'm stuck with bald spots on both my eyebrows that I can do nothing about except let it grow which will take months!
