Tried to pre-book a van cab through this company.. The lady I spoke with wanted to let me know that the cab "could be up to 3 hours late if it was sent up to Squamish or something". I asked why they would send a cab that was pre-booked to be somewhere at a certain time on a run like that and she gave me another cab company's #. Just super shitty customer service.. SMH
