    So disappointed.My sister sent me an arrangement for my birthday.Ordered via Internet from UK.It arrived November 4. I received what looked like an arrangement that had been made up earlier in the week for Halloween.The arrangement was in a pumpkin shaped vase.The roses in the arrangement were already passed their prime when it was delivered(scarred & wrinkled with black hard edges)and some of the gerbera daisies were done by the morning of Nov 6. 2 days & it is really ready for the garbage!

    Excellent delivery flower shop! Call direct.

    A Plus Florist (Tom) made a timely delivery of a bouquet of beautiful flowers to my wife. I was originally disappointed with an order miscommunication, as the image on the FTD website is very misleading. I contacted A Plus directly and they promptly and generously solved the issue. A real "stand-up" business and excellent flower arrangements! I would recommend them again, but definitely call them direct and avoid the online "wire service" FTD. A+ Service. Thank you!

    I'm sorry but I have experienced the worst customer service ever with this florist. First they delivered the flowers 6 hours later than the promised time(6:30pm). When I called customer service (of PFD) to complain, they promised to give me a full refund, and I was told that I did not have to return the flowers. However, A Plus Florist insisted that I needed to return the flowers the next morning, otherwise they would charge me again on my credit card. I told them that I had work the next day, but they didn't care at all. After I gave customer service a call again, the representative assured me that A Plus Florist doesn't have access to perform any charges, and told me to ask the florist to contact them if they have further concerns. I did as I was told, and the florsit just straight up told me that they already charged me again. This whole incident and their attitude towards customers are both extremely ridiculous. I cannot imagine anything worse than this. Also, the flowers are not as pretty as they look on the website. Therefore, I highly recommend everyone not to ever visit this florist and choose any other one instead. This is a really honest experience and review. Hope it is helpful.

I JUST SAW THIS REVIEW LAST NIGHT AND SPEND THE WHOLE NIGHT GOING THUR ALL OUR ORDERS FROM DECEMBER 2013 TO FEB 2014 AND WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY ISSUE WITH ANY CUSTOMERS WE ARE HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM WORK 365 DAYS A YEAR AND ANSWER ALL OUR SALES CALL. WE DON'T HAVE ANY "CUSTOMER SERVICE" THAT ANSWER OUR CALLS OR REPRESENT US TAKING CUSTOMERS ORDERS , PROMISE DELIVERY TIME AND EVEN ISSUE A REFUNDS TO CUSTOMERS OVER THE PHONE. WE ASK THIS " Honestreviewss" POST YOUR ORDER INFORMATION INCLUDE " DATE OF ORDER, YOUR CREDIT CARD RECEPT WITH OUR COMPANY NAME ON IT, THE PERSON WHOM TAKE YOUR ORDER". THIS WILL GIVE OUR CUSTOMERS A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING THAT YOU DID ORDER YOUR FLOWERS FROM US AND WE ARE THE FLORIST THAT YOU DID BUSINESS WITH. PLEASE CALL US ANYTIME TO DISCUSS YOUR ISSUE, WE ALWAYS LISTEN AND DO OUR BEST TO SERVE ALL OUR CUSTOMERS.

    I think you got the wrong aplus florist for this review. we look thru all our orders on feb 24 and we don't have any issue with customers. 2nd, This is a family operated flower shop and we don't have any so call " customer service" answering phone call for us and able to give refunds over the phone? And finally, please contact us at the above number and identify yourself to us so that we may discuss the issue.
