Cut throat sales, salesman stated software will work with ours and easy to use. Software is extremely difficult and not in any way user friendly. The management is not reachable and does not want to refund or accept the fact that someone is not happy with their software. Be very cautious with the charges we were charged 3 times in 4 days and service was not rendered for even 1 day. Management refusing to refund

This person is confusing us with a different company. He's referring to a competitor, we have no record of him ever being a Celayix customer.
