Receptionist's command of English is poor, but that's not the real problem. She is RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, UNCARING, UNPROFESSIONAL...far and away the worst medical receptionist with whom I have ever had the misfortune of dealing. Patients seeing Dr. Kendler have enough difficulty and should not be subjected to this sort of mistreatment.
