The tenants at 10139 137A St in Surrey BC have been without elevator service since Sept 13th 2017 .Some tenants are basically trapped in there homes.I am over 60 and I have a hard time trying to climb 3 flights of stairs.This is not right.Also they raise our rent every year and this place is just going down nothing gets done the hallways rugs are dirty.In the winter last year there was so much ice in the parking lots not salted properly or pillowed.There is more to say!
