Great Building!!
The Pros: Awesome Heritage Building- large suites Hardwood Floors Location (a block from Robson) Professionally Managed Friendly Neighbours The Cons: If you are looking for modern, this is not it ( the building is 100 years old) Younger Student Population ( not really great for retired or people seeking a really quiet building) Limited parking (although permit/street parking is always available)
