lady very helpful filled out enormous russian visa for me. easy access on broadway by foot or transit. parking may be more difficult in this area. must walk up stairs to office. will return for another visa when needed. must drop off and pick up visa in person because it must be incl. in passport.

I am a travel agent in Victoria BC and after a recommendation from a colleague, obtained Russian visas for my clients through Visa Universe. My clients were charged almost $600 each for their visas while other visa agencies charged between $350 and $425. The owner of the company gave me a song and dance about "guaranteeing entry" while the other companies don't. Needless to say I will not be using Visa Universe again and I advise anyone else to get a quote in writing before proceeding!
