    This store on Mainland is great. I was helped by a lady named Wendy and she really knew her stuff. Helped me find the perfect frame for my face shape. Thank you!

    I was looking for...

    I was looking for a particular frame, and googled Optixs International . I was a little hesitant because of the one review on the yellow pages but I went anyways, and it turned out I had a very good experience. There was a great selection, and very friendly non pressuring staff that new a lot about prescriptions and lenses. In the end I bought two pairs of really great eye glasses and I am extremely happy. I would highly recommend this store.

    Very unpleasant staff!!

    I got three pair of glasses there but I don't think I will go back again. They do have nice selection, but their staff is very unpleasant. For example, when I was picking up my glasses, the sales person just put them in front of me and said "they are fine, right?" and.....she was gone! No waiting to see how they fit, no adjustments (I needed to come back to make necessary adjustments) no cleaning, nothing!! The doctor herself is ok, but I don't think her assistant was trained properly. For example, she really had a trouble using equipment. The only thing she knew how to do well was charging my Visa! No problems there! I think next time I will go somewhere else --- there are many other places with similar or even better selection in this city.
