Friendly, excellent service and reasonable price

I have lived for several years just a 5 minute walk from the Shelbourne Plaza store and have enjoyed just top notch ink service. At 99 years of age I am a little forgetful but I must relate my printer history to explain what a wonderful person Mason is, to deal with. I have forgotten the name of my first printer but it was giving me problems and the person on duty suggested that repair charges would be better spent on a Canon ! that has served me well and my granddaughter, a RN is taking her N

The folk are considerate and helpful. I have been getting cartridges filled there for years, and have always been very satisfied. Just recently, in midst of Covid, I also bought a Canon printer. They were similarly careful and helpful. The printer is very good and was as cheap as Amazon.

I forgot to take ...

I forgot to take the name of the young woman who was behind the desk at 5:30 pm on May 7, 2015, but she was extremely helpful. My printer was producing blank pages and I was sure that my cartridges were not empty. She weighed them for me to confirm that then suggested that the printer head needed cleaning and gave me a handout and precise instructions on what to do. I followed them and it worked! Thank you. The place was clean, and I did not have to wait more than about 30 seconds.
